Matt Copsey leaves Exacta.

It is with sadness that Exacta Technologies Ltd today announces the departure of Matt Copsey from the business at the end of January.

When Exacta was founded by Nick Rogers in 2001, Matt was employee number one and as an early-stage investor he remained a shareholder whilst carrying out senior roles across purchasing, operations and finance.

Now, 21 years later Matt has chosen to step down from the business to pursue more leisurely options. The company would like to thank Matt for his unique contribution throughout that time and wishes Matt every success and happiness in his future ventures.

Exacta Restructures for Further Growth

Exacta Technologies Ltd is pleased to announce that it has today completed the final stage of restructuring its shareholding; by finalising an agreement to purchase the remaining shares of former Director, Matt Copsey. This final reorganisation will ultimately leave original founder and CEO, Nick Rogers, with 100% control of the business.

This comes at a time when the company has seen near 100% growth since its relocation to its new purpose-built HQ and manufacturing facility at Emersons Green in North Bristol less than two years ago.

During that time headcount has grown significantly and a new management team has been established to help Nick drive the future growth of the business. We are delighted that this team includes several long-term Exacta employees who have progressed and developed with the growth of the company.

With twenty years’ experience of creating world-class high-performance computers tailored to client’s exacting specifications; Exacta is currently seeing strong growth in each of its three sectors: Platform, Blackcore and Proline by Exacta.

Nick Rogers: ‘2022 is an exciting year for the entire Exacta Technologies Group,  the year has started like we finished with an increased order book, and we have a particular hunger to drive the  business forward and become one of the go to companies within the industry. I would also like to take a moment to say how grateful I am for my  fantastic team we have here at Exacta and how growth has become the new normal, here’s to this year and our desire and appetite to simply ‘be different!’
