We are very proud of this certification, so we have worked with Exacta’s COO Chris Landen to bring you this article, which explains what this means for Exacta, our team, and our customers.  

What is ISO 9001?

Implementing ISO 9001 brings many benefits to businesses. It enables continual improvement, and cost reduction, and can streamline operations. Compliance showcases strong corporate governance and facilitates effective stakeholder and supply chain collaboration, fostering a more efficient working environment. At the centre of any effective quality management system is Continuous Improvement. We have worked hard to instil Continuous Improvement throughout the entire business. We are constantly evolving, developing new products, services, practices, and resources as well as reviewing existing processes. The goal is to improve efficiency, reduce wastage, and ensure we are delivering excellent service to our customers.

• Customer feedback
• External audits
• Internal audits
• Management reviews

Analysis of this data then leads to the creation of Development Initiatives and Opportunities for Improvement.

Purpose

We are audited twice a year by the British Standards Institution, this ensures the suitability of our quality management system through independent and expert analysis.

The person responsible for our ISO certification is Chief Operations Officer Chris Landen, Chris has been at Exacta for over a decade and has a wealth of experience.
